Serving up Sustainability
We are a UK tennis and padel ball recycling initiative, with complete traceability.
The entire ball (cloth and rubber) is 100% recycled back into new tennis and padel balls, and other circular products, right here in the UK!
325 million tennis balls are made each year. The majority end up in landfill. It is a global issue, Circularball is the only local solution. With our recycling and manufacturing facilities located in the UK, our low carbon circular solution ensures all materials collected remain in the country.
How it works
Sign up to our initiative and your venue will receive a collection bin and 6 empty bags made from recycled plastic which you’ll use to line the bin (one at a time). The 110 litre bin holds roughly 425 balls and it always stays at your site.
1.
When all 6 bags are full (2550- ish balls) you can contact us by phone, email or through our online portal to arrange a collection.
2.
We’ll let you know when we’re coming and send you tracking info if you need it too. On collection you’ll have 6 new empty bags so you can start over.
3.
From here, your balls will start their circular journey and be made into new tennis and padel balls amongst other cool things.
Our Mission
We are on a mission to make tennis and padel sustainable by rolling out a planet first approach to a centuries old problem. We unlock access for all players of these sports to fully embrace the circular economy and help save the planet - one ball at a time!

FAQs
Ordinary waste collection providers cannot recycle balls and they will end up in landfill or incineration. Our alternative costs a few pence per ball and keeps the materials in a circular loop.
Please ensure only tennis and padel balls are put into the bin, all bags are tracked back to the recycling facility and any contamination may incur additional costs that will be charged to you accordingly.
Once you’ve arranged a pick-up please ensure the bags are left in a fully visible and accessible location on the day of collection.
